President's Message

Dear Lodge members,

I am proud to report that we were successful in accomplishing many lodge
projects and attended several events and meetings at the NYS Lodge
including the May Memorial for our fallen Law enforcement officers  

Each year, our Polar Plunge with the many volunteers was again a great
success, additional; I would like thank all that sponsors and supporters and
the brave members that plunged into the ice-cold water.    

Our Lodge membership for Active as well as civilian continues to increase,
many utilize our web site for updates, events click on the Link >>  

The Scholarship awards Program will certainly benefit many of our members'
children towards advancing their education. (We are proud of that)

Our Annual summer Picnic was held in Suffolk County, we had great weather
that day and we all had an enormous time BBQ, softball and children’s games.
I thank all the volunteers!

Each September we begin our process of the yearly membership drive that is
for active and associate member of our lodge. If you did not already send in
your application, please send it in as soon as possible. The quicker you send
in your renewal / new, the quicker you will receive your new membership card.

Each year the board designs our lodge card, which we sell along with the
round FOP National sticker.

Our annual bus trip to Foxwoods Casino was a happy and joyful time for our
lodge members and friends in attendance, everyone who attended had a great
time and we look forward to next year's event.

Each year during the Christmas season we collect new wrapped toys for
distribution to our local hospital witch puts a smile to the children’s faces.

Our medical speaker, Dr. Keneth Hall our lodge Surgeon had varies
discussions during our scheduled meetings; such as: High Blood pressure,
weight loss to mention a few.

Again we thank Fr. John as our lodge Chaplain for his prayers at our meetings

At this time I would like to thank the Executive board for the dedication and
support for without them, we could not be successful  

I want all of members to know that I am honored to serve as the Lodge
President and I will continue to represent you to the best of my ability.
